The activities for the kids were a hit and
The family pool was well maintained, with a safe splash zone for little ones. On the downside, the location felt a bit remote. A family-friendly place with room for improvement.

It was an unbeatable and stunning location for us, just off Belvedere Village or Peschiera del Garda, and nearby amusement parks. Also, the hotel was 10 minutes drive from The Great Barn. The room was incredibly comfortable and well-appointed, offered a fridge, a dishwasher, and a microwave oven. Kitchenette was a nice surprise.

great facilities but some room issues
The facilities were excellent, especially the three pools, my kids loved the dedicated children's pool. The evening shows for kids were engaging and kept them entertained every night! The Premium Two-Bedroom Apartment had plenty of space for our family.
The cleanliness of the room could have been better.

It has an amazing location very close to the lake from the water taxi port and selected areas near reception. There's Il Forno di Nereo not very far from the hotel, they have tea/coffee/desserts.

The three large swimming pools are the real charm here. They were spacious and well-kept, perfect for families. Plus, the kids' areas provided a safe place for the little ones to splash around while we enjoyed some sun.
The room cleanliness left much to be desired, with unkempt floors and the lingering smell of dampness. The furniture looked like it had seen better days, and for a self-catering experience, the absence of essential kitchen appliances made meal prep a bit tedious. Transportation to nearby attractions was a hassle, requiring daily taxi rides due to the hotel's isolated location, which can hit your wallet harder than you'd like. If you're looking for nearby dining options, the limited on-site shop might force you into town for groceries, which reminded me of an inconvenience. Finally, the playground looked pretty worn and could use some serious sprucing up to make it enjoyable for kids.

Pool is perfect for kids, you can relax for one or two days but not for more
You cannot eat in the restaurant during the day though it is open. Rooms inside have wet walls with peeling painting.

Recommend it for families looking for fun
The three pools were a hit with the kids, always clean and quiet! Plus, there was this great taxi service we used daily, made life so much easier getting around.
It wasn't cheap but it was worth every euro we spent.

Mostly we liked the professionalism. The guard at the door and in the receptionist acted very friendly, the rooms are nice, no garbage on the pavements, greens... Also, our complaint about the room not being cleaned good upon our arrival was granted without much resistance (even-though we came just before the evening receptionist left for the day and we submitted the complaint only the next morning)
We did not like 2 things: 1.) It was never mentioned that you need to pay extra for sheets and "afterward cleaning" 2.) the room was not clean when we arrived. Since the outdoors were superb, we expected the same in the appartment, but all the floor and bathroom were cleaned poorly.
